Wash sabudana till clear water then soak in water for 15min. Re

Heat steamer add salt, oil to soaked sabudana mix and steam for 3min,run fork and steam another 2min.

Mix salt,peanut powder to steamed sabudana mix it. Heat ghee in kadai add jeera, green chillies, and sweet potato saute for few minutes add sabudana mix it and cook for few minutes.

Steamed sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
