In a pan add ghee let it melt Keep the flame to a low and then add desiccated coconut powder. On low heat sauté the coconut for 1 minute. Then add milk and sugar Mix the milk and sugar very well with the coconut.

On low to medium-low heat with nonstop stirring sauté the mixture till it starts to leave the sides of the pan. Switch off the gas when the mixture has thickened and leaves the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder. Mix very well.

Let the mixture become warm or cool at room temperature. Then with a spoon, scoop out the ladoo mixture. Shape into ladoo. Make a round ladoo.niw coconut Ladoo is ready.
