Sabudana Thalipeeth with koshimbir (maharastrain style)

Wash sabudana properly 3 to 4 times and soak it for at least 30 min

Drain excess water from it and cover it and keep aside for 5 hours or overnight

Then transfer it into a dish plate

Add grated boiled potato, roasted peanut powder, cumin seeds, salt, green chilli paste. mix it

Add rajgira atta for binding. also add green coriander leaves. add 1 tbsp water and mix gently

Then take a small portion of mixture and shape it as a dough balls. Flat it in palm of hand

Take a pan Or tawa add ghee place this thalipeeth. cover the tawa and cook for 4 min. Remove the lid and cook it again for more time till turns crispy by flipping it one side to another.

For koshimbir - Take a bowl, add curd in it, add grated cucumber and peanut powder. Now add salt, sugar and green chilli paste to taste and add some chopped green coriander leaves. Mix well.
