Take a bowl, add boiled potato and mash it well.

Add kuttu ka aata, sendha namak and black pepper powder and mix it well.

Heat ghee in a kadhai, make a small pakodi like we make besan ki pakodi and fry till crisp and golden.

Serve with chutney.
