Spaghetti with scallops and squid ink
Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions.
Heat some oil in a pan. Add the garlic and brown, remove. Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat

Now add chilli and tomatoes. Continue simmering for another 3-4 minutes. Now add the ink to the pasta water. Add a ladle of pasta water to the sauce. Drain pasta al dente. Add to sauce. Mix well and serve with fresh parsley
