For the fish
Wash it thoroughly with salt and lime, make sure you remove all dirt very well
In a bowl mix the grated pepper mix, mixed spices, curry, Ginger/garlic paste, seasoning and oil. - 2
Apply the marinade to the fish rubbing simultaneously to ensure everywhere is coated, marinate in a fridge for 1 hour.

For the rice
Add oil and pepper mix into a pot. - 4
Fry for minutes and add water, add salt, curry and seasoning, allow to boil...

Wash the rice and keep aside...

Add the rice into the boiling water, cover and allow to cook

When it's half done add the chopped veggies, reduce heat and allow to cook till completely soft🤩

For the fish
Bring water to boil in a steamer pot, place a foil paper on the rack and transfer the fish into it, cover with the lid and steam for 40 mins - 9
Wash all the veggies and chop as desired.

Mix little oil, seasoning, lemon water and little black pepper powder and use as a dressing.....
