Boiled potatoes have to be grated, grind sabudana to make powder. Sieve this sabudana powder, use this sabudana powder.

Take out the boiled and grated potatoes in a mixing bowl, add sago powder and mix, add coarsely ground beans and mix.

Add green chilli, coriander leaves, rock salt, black pepper powder and mix it and make dough with this mixture.

Stuffing :- Put grated paneer in a mixing bowl, add cashew nuts, raisins, green coriander, green chili, rock salt, sugar powder, black pepper powder and mix everything well.Make small balls from this mixture

Make balls of equal size from the prepared potato dough, take a portion of it and make it like a bowl. Put small balls of stuffing in this bowl and close it well and make it in a long oval shape. Roll the finished roll in arrowroot flour.

Put in hot oil and fry on medium heat till golden brown. Serve fast with green chutney.
