Sabudana Malai Kheer

Today, I prepared sabudana Malai Kheer to offer Maa Shakti. I used saffron strands(keshar) to bring flavour and colour to the kheer. Malai/ cream and roasted dry fruits make the kheer think and rich.

Today, I prepared sabudana Malai Kheer to offer Maa Shakti. I used saffron strands(keshar) to bring flavour and colour to the kheer. Malai/ cream and roasted dry fruits make the kheer think and rich.

First, bring to boil milk in a wide pan.

Add soaked sabudana and cook on low flame continuously.

Cook ten minutes to get a thickness in kheer.

Roast the chopped almonds and pistachio in ghee.

Mix the milk with saffron strands, roasted dry fruits, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to the sabudana kheer. Mix well. The Sabudana Malai Kheer is ready to serve hot/cold.
