Cut your fish and remove the offals. Wash it throughout. Wash again using lime water

In a bowl add flour,cornflour and salt. Mix well and apply on the fish after it was strained

Fry on low heat until it becomes golden brown. Allow it to rest after straining

For the sauce, reduce the oil in the pan to little amount. Stir fry garlic and onion.
Add the chopped scotch bonnet together with the sliced onion.
Add a 1 cup water then the spices and seasoning - 5
Add the fish and allow it to cook for 5mins or 3.
Add the carrot(it will makes it thick) and green pepper.
Off your fire after a minute or two. Enjoy
