Steps

First heat ghee in a pan, add Khobra Kees, fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Add raisins and fry for 1 more minute. Switch off the gas and first add 3 tbsp milkmaid to the roasted Khobra kees and mix it with a spoon.

If the mixture seems dry then add little milkmaid and mix it and make round balls out of this mixture.

Roll these laddoos in Khobra Kees. Take out the prepared laddoos in a serving plate and serve.
