Steps

Gently fry off the onion and garlic making sure they don't burn then put to one side before frying of the mince

Add ½ a tin of chopped tomatoes to the mince meat along with the mixed beans

Add back the onion and garlic to the minced meat along with tomatoes puree and more chilli if you prefer spicy food.

Add one beef stock cube for some extra flavour and a small amount of black pepper
- 5
Heat the rice in the microwave for the amount of time it instructs in the packaging
- 6
You can always put some plain yogurt on your chilli if you want it to become a bit more mild
