I wanted to make something light and fresh for my kids. You can substitute conchigliette or shell pasta with spaghetti, angel hair, farfalle, etc.

I wanted to make something light and fresh for my kids. You can substitute conchigliette or shell pasta with spaghetti, angel hair, farfalle, etc.
Steps

Boil pasta with water and salt until al dente. Remove the water and set aside.

Stir-fry garlic and shallots in low heat until they are fragrant. Add cauliflower florets and use medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Add salt and broth powder.

Lower the heat and cover the pan. Wait for about five minutes.

Add pasta and stir until combined. Serve with grated cheddar. (You can also use parmesan.)
