Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 grpasta (I used shell pasta)
  2. Water for boiling
  3. 1 tspsalt for boiling
  4. 200 grcauliflower florets
  5. 1garlic, sliced thinly
  6. 10shallots, sliced thinly (or 1/2 onion)
  7. 1 tspchicken broth powder
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 100 grcheddar, grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta with water and salt until al dente. Remove the water and set aside.

  2. 2

    Stir-fry garlic and shallots in low heat until they are fragrant. Add cauliflower florets and use medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Add salt and broth powder.

  3. 3

    Lower the heat and cover the pan. Wait for about five minutes.

  4. 4

    Add pasta and stir until combined. Serve with grated cheddar. (You can also use parmesan.)
