Clean entire chicken and cut in half. You can prepare with chicken breast as well, but it wont produce the same results 🐓

Take big pan, put butter at first, then chicken. Set the fire to medium level. The idea is to get both sides of chicken crispy. Its ideal to put something heavy on chicken e.g smaller lid.

Once both sides are fried remove chicken from pan and add minced garlic and milk in the same pan. We are going to prepare our broth/sauce. So, add the amount of salt that you are most comfortable with. Let it on fire for max 5 minutes.

Slice chicken and put in cooking plate for oven.

Pour prepared sauce into the plate and add chilli flakes. Make a bit spicy 🌶️ Be sure that you cover all your chicken with the sauce. You may need more milk depending on your cooking plate size.

Add foil on plate and put in oven on 200C for 40minutes

Garnish with pinch of dill and enjoy 😻
