Ingredients

  • 4large eggs
  • 1 cupordinary sugar
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1/2 cuphot water
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupcorn flour
  • 1 1/4 cupcake flour
  • 2 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add in oil and water. Beat it

  3. 3

    Sift all the dry ingredients. Add in and beat it

  4. 4

    Lastly add vanilla essence and beat

  5. 5

    Pour in a cupcake tin

  6. 6

    Bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes
