Sabudana-SweetPotato Chilla

In mixing bowl add soaked sabudana, peeled and grated sweet potato, boiled mashed potato, chopped, green corainder leaves, coarsely ground roasted peanuts, green chillies ginger paste, salt and cumin seeds.

Mix and add curd. Transfer it in mixer jar add little water and grind to make chilla batter.

Transfer batter in mixing bowl. Add farali mix flour and mix well to make thick batter. Keep covered for 10-15 minutes.

Grease dosa griddle. Pour laddleful of prepared chilla batter. Spread thickly in circular motion toward edge. After few seconds pour ghee. Cook for few minutes on low medium flame till lower side turn crispy golden. Cook other side turn crispy golden. Similarly prepare all sabudana - sweet potato chillas.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Sabudana- Sweet Potato Chilla with corainder peanuts chutney.
