Slice one chili and put a side For later
-Slice remaining chili and garlic into small piece for easy to pound

-Chop shrimp into small pieces as shown - 2
Add 3 tbsp. Vegetable oil and fry with garlic and chili until get aroma
-add shrimp and fry until half way cooked then sauce
-Add basil and sliced Red chili fry until get Holy basil Aroma - 3
1/2 tsp. Fish sauce to side of the pan for more flavour
