Vermicelli kheer
Steps

Heat Desi ghee in a pan. Roast chopped dry fruits. Take out in plate. Now in the same pan add vermicelli and roast till golden brown.

Add 1 cup of water to it. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes. When water dries up add sugar to it. Mix well. Now add dry fruits and cardamom powder. Add saffron strands.

Now add milk.cook for 5 minutes. Take out in serving bowl. Garnish with dry fruits and saffron. Relish on it.
