Wash and cut the all 🥦🥕🌽vegetable. Make the tomato puree

Heat the 2 tablespoon oil. Add the onion pieces and saute it till brown color. Remove the pieces on kitchen paper.

Heat the 3 tablespoon oil and add the all tempering ingredients. When change the ingredients color add the chilli ginger garlic paste and all vegetables, Saute it 2 minute. Than add the tomato puree,curd,salt, chilli powder, haldi garam masala and cook 2 minute.

Grease the Handi and spread the 2 tablespoon brown onion pieces. Than make above the 1/2 part of rice layer. Than spread above vegetables layer. Than repeat the rice layer. Repeat the vegetables layer. Spread above 2 tablespoon rice. Than sprinkled brown onion pieces. Sprinkle Saffron syrup above the onion pieces. pour the 1 tablespoon ghee around the Biriyani and cover with lid. cook for 7 minute on slow gas flame.

A nice aromatic, delicious, healthy "Veg. Handi Dum"Biriyani " Is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leave. Serve with Lassi or Raita on main course.
