A slight divergence from mamma San's wontons

My family LOVES fried wontons! Some of the ones shown here were made by me, some by my granddaughter Dellaney in Arizona. Great snacks/appetizers, but I'll admit to making them as a main dish. Why not!!? We all tweek the recipe slightly, to our own taste, so feel free to do the same. No one in my household likes cilantro, so we omit it. Others don't add the 5-spice or sesame oil. When I've got it on hand, I love adding chopped bok choy. They're all yummy! Make it your own.
