Steps

Soak all the 3 lentils in water for 20 min.Steam lentils with water and salt in a pressure cooker,along with all-purpose flour.in another container.Let it cool.

Sieve dal and all-purpose flour in a strainer when it is warm.Mix sesame seeds and make a dough.

Heat oil in a pan,make chakli with the help of a Sev machine on medium heat until golden brown.

Your crispy chakli is ready.
