Chakli is a South Indian popular tea time snack.Today all over in Indian markets it is available.Crispy and spicy both in a single bite.We like it very much.The uniqueness of this chakli is that it is made with 3 types of lentil - chana dal,moong dal and urad dal along with all-purpose flour.It is very crispy.

Steps

Soak all the 3 lentils in water for 20 min.Steam lentils with water and salt in a pressure cooker,along with all-purpose flour.in another container.Let it cool.

Sieve dal and all-purpose flour in a strainer when it is warm.Mix sesame seeds and make a dough.

Heat oil in a pan,make chakli with the help of a Sev machine on medium heat until golden brown.

Your crispy chakli is ready.
