    Choose high-quality machaca.

    Chop the tomatoes, onion, peppers, and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic, peppers, and onion until they change color.

    Gradually add the machaca and sauté. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes. Note: You don't need to add salt. Let it simmer covered over low heat. I served it with refried beans, avocado, and delicious flour tortillas. Enjoy in burritos, sandwiches, or tostadas.
