Mix all the ingredients for stuffing (broccoli + cheese+spices). Spread Mayonnaise on one tortilla and schezwan chutney on the other. Spread stuffing generously. Assemble it together. Grill the quesadilla on greased nonstick skillet. Cut and enjoy.
