Ingredients

  1. Dough
  2. 100 gwater
  3. 40 gbutter
  4. 1.5 gsalt
  5. 70 gflour
  6. 2eggs
  7. Filling
  8. 1egg
  9. 60 gsugar
  10. 25 gcorn flour
  11. 300 mlmilk
  12. 1 tspvanilla extract
  13. 100 gbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil water. Add butter and salt. Simmer

  2. 2

    Add flour, fry in low heat. Add 2 eggs (off heat) 60C

  3. 3

    Bake half dough in 200C for 15-17min. Repeat. Let cool

  4. 4

    Mix egg and sugar. Sift in corn flour. Add milk

  5. 5

    Low heat until thicken. Add vanilla. Off heat. Cover and let cool

  6. 6

    Beat butter until pale. Beat in custard. mix in batches

  7. 7

    Sandwich custard. Chill for 2 hours

  8. 8

    Dust with icing sugar
