Cooking Instructions

Prepare the stuffing: in a mincer we put the chopped almonds and the sugar and the zest and the orange blossom water and mix for 3 minutes after adding the butter and the vegetable oil for about 1 minute.

You get a slightly creamy but not runny stuffing.

Separate the sheets of bricks and cut each sheet into four, In the form of a rectangle on each side, place a 15g ball of stuffing and roll to form a triangle.

At the end of each triangle Seal the edges with water and flour as a glue.

Put the triangles in the oven for 10 minutes until they remain white, not brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Coat each triangle with dark, pink or green chocolate and decorate with walnuts or pistachios, rose petals.

Serve them with tea or orange juice.
