Ingredients

  • 3large ripe bananas, peeled and mashed - just over 1 cup; i mash two really well and one just roughly for different texture
  • Scant 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Full 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1egg or 1 flax egg or apple sauce equiv
  • Scant 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cuprice flour - or plain flour
  • 1/3 cupcacao powder
  • Generous pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tspbicarb
  • Optional: sprinkle of sesame seeds for the top

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 150c fan. Line a loaf tin.

  2. 2

    Put the bananas in a bowl. Beat in the oil, tahini, egg, maple syrup and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Then add the flour, cacao, bicarb and salt.

  4. 4

    Put the batter in the tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Bake for about 45 mins. Cool and enjoy 😋
