In 🍳 cook meat and 🧅 and garlic 🧄 drain grease and put in LG casserole pan put hamburger helper ingredients on top pour in milk and water and mix together add spices in what kind you want.cover with tin foil and poke holes in and put in oven for 30 minutes take out and stir then put back in oven for 15 minutes and when done let cool before serving
