Deseed and chop apples into small pieces and grate the ginger in a bowl. Dry roast sesame seeds and set aside.

Add ginger,lemon juice and honey in the apples and mix well.Add salt,chaat masala,black pepper powder,and roasted cumin powder.Toss the apples alongwith the dry spices.

Add few nutritious walnuts for added crunch. Drizzle a teaspoon of honey and garnish with chopped cilantro or mint leaves and a generous sprinkling of toasted white sesame seeds.Serve immediately as a healthy evening or mid afternoon snack or anytime of the day.
