  • Spinach (Alayahu)
  • Onion
  • Seasoning
  • Few drops of vegetable oil

    Wash and cut the vegetable

  2. 2

    Blanch with hot water for 1 minute, drain

  3. 3

    Saute onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes than stir in the vegetable for one minute season to taste.

  4. 4

    Your stir fry vegetable is ready
