Hong Kong Style BBQ Pork (Char Siu) 港式蜜汁叉燒

Marinate the pork with 100g Char Siu sauce, 0.5 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon Chinese wine for at least 4 hours in fridge

Bake the pork in oven for 15 mins using 160°C
- 3
Add honey to the residue sauce for brushing later on
- 4
Bake for another 15 mins using 160°C
- 5
Brush the pork with the honey sauce on both sides and flip it
- 6
Repeat the above step until desired coloration of the pork (usually one to two more times)
- 7
Brush and flip the pork, and bake for 10 mins using 180°C this time
