Dahi Tikhari

First of all, grind the chillies, ginger, garlic cloves and coriander in a pot.

Heat oil in a pan and add dry red chillies, cumin and onion.

After the onion turns pink in color, add crushed paste, salt, asafoetida and turmeric and saute it.

Then remove from gas and let cool.

Then add whisked curd and mix well.

So, the delicious Dahi tikhari is ready to serve.
