Steps
- 1
First pick the methi leaves and wash with water.
- 2
Now, heat oil in a pan, add methi and a pinch of salt and saute. Turn off the gas flame after the water is burnt from methi.
- 3
Then add flour, methi, ginger-chilli paste, salt, sesame seeds, cumin and ajwain in a bowl and mix all well and then mix the flour into the spices.
- 4
Add 1 to 2 tbsp of water and knead the hard dough.
- 5
Now make a loaf out of it and weave a little thick bread. Then mark Cuts on surface.
- 6
Heat a pan at low flame, place the cut side down and press with a roti fluffer, and roast until it becomes golden brown and crispy on the both sides.
- 7
So, Methi Biscuit Bhakri is ready. Serve it with Spiced Yogurt Curry.
