In a frying pan heat 5 tblsp oil add the cashew nuts, onions and soften the onions on high flame and then add the tomatoes and cook till gets soft, then leave it to cool and grind to a paste.

Heat 1/2 cup oil add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on medium low flame.
Then add the meat and fry till changes colour on high flame.

Now add kasmiri chilli powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder mix and add the grinned paste mix and fry the meat in this for 5-6 minutes on high flame.

Add water 1 & 1/2 glass mix. wait for a boil and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the mutton is tender and oil comes on surface.
Now add dry fenugreek leaves, green chilli mix well.
Serve hot with naan or roti.
