Steamed Sago Ball With chicken filling

Rinse the sago 2 times. Then drain and set aside.

Heat the pan, put the olive oil. Add the pounded garlic, coriander root and black pepper. Stir fry until fragrant. Add onion, stir fry until translucent. Add chicken minced. Seasoning with soy sauce. Stir fry until cooked. Add cane sugar mix with coconut sugar, Sweet Preserved Radish and peanut. Stir fry until dry and sticky. Set aside. Roll into a small ball.

Scoop about 9-10 grams of sago on your palm. Place the filling in the middle of the wrap and spin it into round balls. Place them on lettuce leaves in the steamer.

Steaming with hight heat for 15 minutes or until cook. Serve with chilli, coriander and lettuce. Don’t forget to sprinkle the fried garlic before serve. Let’s enjoy 😊 😀
