First of all, cut the cauliflower into big pieces, add salt and pepper powder and mix, cover and keep for 10 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper powder to the maida and mix, add little by little water to make a thick batter like pakodas.

Dip the chopped cauliflower in maida batter and put it in hot oil and fry on medium flame till it becomes light golden brown.

Cornflour solution:- Make a thick batter by adding little water to the cornflour. Add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and lemon juice and mix it.

To make Manchurian, heat oil in a pan, add garlic and green chilies and fry, add prepared pakoras and mix, cook for some time.

Add the prepared cornflour solution to it, mix after cooking for some time, add green onions and mix, turn off the gas. Take out in a hot Manchurian serving dish and serve with green onions.
