Steps

Take a bigger bowl add 1/2 litre water then add poha in it and soak it for 10 min. Once done after 10 min press the puffed rice and remove the extra water and take it on another plate.

Take a pan to add 2 tbsp of oil once the oil is in it then add mustard seeds, hing, green chili, curry leaves, and chopped all vegetables, and sautee it.

Then add soaked poha and give it a mix.

Then add salt to taste, lemon juice, and mix it well.

Then transfer it to serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves so ready to poha.
