In a pan, add one 1 tblsp oil add whole spices such as jeera, clove, pappercorn, bay leaves, cinemon, moti ilaechi. Satute nice arroma begain to start.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and tomato till all become soft. Set a side cool down. Make a paste.

In same pan add oil then chicken grill till chicken become light brown and paste and cook till oil start to separate. Add spice powder and cook till chicken become soft

Take a tadka pan. Add ghee and onion and cook till onion become translucent. Mixed with children greavy. Garnished with coriander leaves.
