Ingredients

30 minutes
12 servings
  • 12servings Instant potatoes (if using real potatoes 5 or 6 large potatoes making mash potatoes)
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 8 ozpkg cream cheese
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4onion salt
  • 1/8garlic salt
  • Paprika

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place in greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Swirl potatoes with back of the spoon to make circular pattern, and sprinkle paprika and butter on top.

  3. 3

    Place briefly under broiler.
