In a bowl 🥣add gram flour, plain yogurt & water to gram flour and mix well, no lumps should be formed, add salt 🧂, sugar,Chaat masala, powder,1 tbsp oil, finely chopped spring onions 🧅, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, finely chopped parsley and finely chopped green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste 🧄 mix well, cover and rest for 30 mins.

Grease dhokla plate with oil and keep aside, add water in pressure cooker, let it boil, meanwhile add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder and mix well, cover and keep aside for 5 mins.

Add Eno fruit salt and mix gently, pour in grease dhokla plate and steam it for 10-15 mins or insert a knife, when it comes out clean, it's ready, remove out and let it cool down completely.

For tempering: heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add curry leaves, sugar and water mix well, cook for 2 mins and add dry mango powder 🥭 mix well, pour on top of dhokla and cut it's square pieces, garnish with chopped coriander leaves 🌿, finely chopped green chillies, serve with hot coffee or tea and with coconut & mint chutney 🥥🌱. Enjoy
