Mix butter and icing sugar (sift sugar if crumbly) together until soft and mushy, add vanilla essence mix well

Then gradually add flour, mix until everything well combine

Make mini size balls and press with fork for nice shape or use your finger gently, put in a pre heated oven 180•for 18 to 20 minutes
