Grate the cabbage then mix the gram flour and all spices and make a soft dough.

Then boil the water and make a roll of dough then put it into it till it gets boiled.keep it to cool and then then cut into pieces.

After that take a wok and put 2 tbsp oil and chopped onion.cook it till it gets golden.Put muthiya into it then fry it to golden brown.

Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it with chutney.
