Pork Liver on a Bed of Salad

Wash and cut the liver into large chunks and set aside for a moment.

Wash and clean the salad greens and set aside to dry in a colander.

In a pan, heat the olive oil and finely chopped onion, sauté until soft, then add the liver chunks. Season with salt, black pepper, and ginger, and cook for about 20 minutes.

In the last few minutes, increase the heat and brown the liver chunks well.

Place the salad greens in a bowl, season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and white vinegar, and mix everything together.

Take a serving plate, arrange the salad, add the liver chunks, and serve.
