Steps

Cut paneer into cubes.
Cut onion and tomato in cubes - 2
In mixing bowl add dahi and beat with spoon till it become soft.

Add all seasoning mustard oil and mix well

Add paneer onion tomato and mix gently and keep it in freeze for 2 hrs.

Preheat oven at 250 c for 10 min

Take skewer and put paneer then onion again paneer then tomato repeat the sequence.

Take oven tray place aluminium sheet drizzle mustard oil and place the ready skewer.

Place it in top rack grill mode on for 25 min or till it is brown

Serve with onion salad and mint chutney.
