Heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in it. Put cumin seeds in it, and add green chilies, ginger, and onions when the cumin seeds crackle.

When the onions turn light red, add carrots, capsicum, and potatoes, mix and cook covered for 2 minutes. After this add tomatoes, add salt, and mix.

Add Pav Bhaji Masala, Kasuri Methi, and Green Coriander, mix and cook covered for 2 minutes. Open the lid and add 1 tsp red chili powder, and tomato ketchup and mix.

Mash lightly with a masher, cook for 2 minutes, add green coriander, and mix. Add cooked rice and mix, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve hot tawa pulao after adding green coriander.
