Methi leaves are very nutritious and it gives a nice aroma to the vegetables.I have made this dry sabzi in mustard oil and methi leaves.

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a karahi,add asafoetida and Fenugreek seeds.Saute.Add all the spices except dry mango powder.Now add pumpkin and methi leaves.Cover and cook for 10 min.

Open the lid and cook the sabzi on medium flame.Sprinkle dry mango powder.Mix Jaggery powder.

Your tasty pumpkin and methi leaves sabzi is ready to serve.Enjoy it with paratha or puri.
