Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgPumpkin (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  2. 1 cupMethi leaves (finely chopped)
  3. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  4. 3 tbspMustard oil
  5. 1/2 tspFenugreek seeds
  6. 1Whole red chilli
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1 tspSalt
  10. 1 tspDry mango powder
  11. 2 tbspJaggery powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a karahi,add asafoetida and Fenugreek seeds.Saute.Add all the spices except dry mango powder.Now add pumpkin and methi leaves.Cover and cook for 10 min.

    Open the lid and cook the sabzi on medium flame.Sprinkle dry mango powder.Mix Jaggery powder.

    Your tasty pumpkin and methi leaves sabzi is ready to serve.Enjoy it with paratha or puri.
