Soak the peeled raw banana in water with salt and lime juice approximately 15 minutes. Slices raw banana then put in the sun dry for 2 -3 hours.

Butter syrup, start with put water, salt, sugar and butter. Boil over medium heat until dissolve. Let’s it cool down.

Preheat the pot/wok with palm oil over medium heat. Put the sliced raw banana, fry until turn to light golden brown. Scoop, and drain it.

Mix the fried banana and the butter syrup to incorporate. Brings to fry in hot oil immediately. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Place on a colander or strainer in a larger pan to drain the oil,
Place the mixture on the tray and spread immediately while hot. Let cool completely before storing in air tight container or sealed in a plastic bag. Can store approximately 1 month.
