Colourful lunch and no carb for a change.

Deep fried the salmon (pre-marinated with a bit of salt) and scallops on medium heat. Take the scallop out first to not overcook it. I use medium heat for salmon so that it soft inside and crunchy outside.

Put the broccoli and cauliflower pack in microwave for a minute
- 3
Cut the capsicum to bite site. Lunch serve. Yummy.
