Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and cook them until tender.

In a little olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic, spices, and ground beef.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add them to the beef mixture along with the cheese.

When the filling is ready, cut the brik pastry sheets in half.

Fold each half-sheet of brik in half (see photo if available), add some filling, and fold into a triangle shape.

Once all the briks are assembled, fry them on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!
