Rinse and pat dry your chicken breast and cut into chunks …….

Place chicken chunks into your crockpot…….

Add to crockpot your chicken broth, diced tomatoes, black pepper, tarragon leaves, chopped onion, minced garlic, small red beans, and frozen spinach, stir lightly…….

Cover crockpot, cook on low heat for 5~6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cook, stirring occasionally………

Add your heavy cream, stir and cook for about 30 minutes more on high heat, leaving crockpot uncovered and stirring occasionally …..
