Sweet potato pie quick and easy recipe
Cooking Instructions

Bake potatoes in oven at 375 degrees for about 1 hr 15 minutes until potatoes are soft let cool and peel skin off

In a mixing bowl add potatoes and beat with a hand mixer until strings from potatoes are gone (stop in between beats to rinse off paddles) then add all ingredients to bowl and mix well

Preheat pie crust for at least 5 minutes take out of the oven then pour in the mixture and bake on 375 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until done let cool before serving (*tip: let pies sit for a day or two before enjoying)

My daughter started baking by herself at age 10 and this is her favorite pie to make for the holidays - especially when others requested it for their family. It originated from the recipes of B. Smith and transformed into something more. I stated this will make 2 8in deep dish pies but it would probably make that plus a regular size pie. Enjoy!
